Cooking Instructions
STOVE TOP: Turn temperature to high. Bring 4 qts water to a boil in a 7-qt pot. Add frozen vegetables to boiling water. Cook 3 1/4 minutes for 1 lb or 5 minutes for 2 lbs.
STEAMER: Arrange frozen vegetables in a half size steam table pan. Cook 2 minutes for 1 lb or 3 minutes for 2 lbs.
SAUTE 14" PAN: Heat 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter on high. Add frozen vegetables to hot pan. Stir frequently, add separate carrot cluster, adjust heat, as needed to reduce browning. Cook 10 minutes for 2 lbs.
MICROWAVE (1100 watt): Place 4 oz. vegetables and 1 tbsp water in a microwave dish. Cover. Cook on high 1 3/4 minutes.
